Worst Service

I am so angry, on the 09th of March around 17h30, the courier guy came to collect my device for return at St ElizabethHospital, he didn't give me anything and said I need not to worry about signing, I trusted the company, the number of the person who collected my parcel is +***, he is not picking up and my parcel was never scanned. Which delays my return. Meaning I've lost my money. Parcel was not scanned and not be able to locate it! I am so disappointed.
