Worst service by far!
The worst service ever! they don't serve a single star. I have been waiting 5 days for one parcel from Bash. I see so many complaints about the same thing. Consultants are ***********. Managements does not care. Close them down! If people want to use a good courier service, please use Triton couriers.

01 Dec 2023, 09:36BULL!!! I was promised delivery on the 29th before 5PM!!! your driver phoned me 18:15. You guys could not deliver the service. A guy by the same of Zondi who some form of managements promised me my parcel will be out today on the 1st of December. I have recordings and a screen shot of the pathetic service from you guys.

01 Dec 2023, 09:38I will make it my lifes mission to not recommend you as a courier service. you have over 4k negative reviews and "Zondi" apparently believes you are working on it. I am not asking for the impossible. all I want is my parcel to be delivered on the promised time.

Am I the only person who feels if a parcel is not delivered on the promised date, that I should get preference over any other deliveries? I mean you could not make the time; not me ?

Since the 30th of November I have seen more and more people complain about the same problem I have.
If this is indeed your peak season how's about making more realistic deliver times for clients.
The concept of under promise and over deliver is not rocket science.
I honestly am lost for words with regards to service delivery. As so many client have stated it is actually atrocious and shameful.

It pains me to see that again we failed to deliver your order yesterday and out of words to even explain the unacceptable service we have provided, we have sent it out with one of our couriers today and will ensure to deliver. I am really sorry about the delay sir yes it is peak season but still not justifiable to offer such service.

I have finally received my package, I say thank you for making contact with me via phone call today and the update. Just sad that I had to fight and go to the extremes to get what was promised so many times.
