worst service and broken promises

I am absolutly appauled by the customer service and unreliablity of Ram Its been a week since my parcel was meant to be delivered and ive been given thhe run around by customer service, customer service manager promiced me that it would be delivered today and still hasnt been, he said he would call first thing in the morning and i still have not recived any feedback the drivers are rude, now i have to wait till after the weekend to recieve my parcel and who is to say i will, absoulutly unhappy and this will be the last time i plan to deal with RAM
