Worst service

I have been utterly annoyed with RAM hand to hand delivery as my order has not been delivered with 4 days overdue. They send you an sms to expect delivery and you wait the whole day with no update if the driver is coming and or not. When you call them they then state that the driver was unable to make all deliveries and I dont know who is problem is that. My Tracking number is UARNNDTJ - this has been long overdue and I am annoyed with their services.
