Worst service

Worst service ever. i understand from time to time there will be a mixup or mistake made by a company but as soon as that is made aware to the them they should go out of their way so satisfy the client and resolve the issue. but not at Ram, they just don't care. i have had to call them 10+ times as my package was 2 weeks past delivery date. i then had to wait another two weeks to get my parcel back, i keep on calling them and sending mails to get a refund but nothing happens. when i received my package back the contents were damaged and i lost a lot of money due to this. also don't even think about wasting time speaking to a manager as the managers are just as useless . i will never use them again and i will make sure to post a 1 star review on all possible sites. i am not asking for free service. i am paying for service and therefore i expect service.
