Worst service

I received that email from RAM on the 5th of December 2019 that my parcel will be delivered on the 5th and I must provide proof of address and ID on delivery and the gentleman came and refused to take my signed lease agreement and insisted that I give him my bank statement and I did not have it, he refused to take the signed lease and left, up to this day I have not received my parcel and when I call them there is no response
