On the 30 June 2020 at 7:51, I received an sms stating that my parcel would be delivered to me by 5pm. I was tracking my order the entire day only to see that delivery failed due to documents missing. First of all nobody came to my house, neither did I get a call or anything like that at all. I have all the required documentation so how is it possible that someone came. Nobody called me to confirm. I Called this morning and Ntokozo Maseko had advised me that the driver ran out of time. Why not state that on your tracking at least I would understand. Instead it states document missing, which is not the case.

This is a clear indication that you don’t really care about client service.

Not only did I have to wait and cancel things I need to do, I was given misinformation. By withdrawing stating documents missing is another indication to me thAt nobody actually went out or even made a single attempt to either contact me or make an attempt deliver my package. Was there even a delivery?

Had I not called in, I would have not gotten my package and I would probably only gotten a response when your team decides to do their job.

May I also add that stating that the driver came and that I didn’t have the required documents, is an act of falsifying records.

Can I please get my package by the end of the day?
