Good day,
I'm deeply disappointed that you would send me below email and then fail to deliver without proper communication.
I phoned last night and confirmed that your driver requires a escort into my arear.
Your driver is lying and completely dishonest or just utterly lazy as no escort is required. Ram has delivered to my house before without a escort.
We have received various deliveries at our house from different organizations.
The lack of communication shows a complete disregard and respect for ny time. After receiving your email, I made sure I'm available and wasted a whole day due to a lack of communication and a complete disregard for my time.
Please deliver immediately and make contact.
