Worst service!!

I ordered 2 cellphones from smartcom on thursday.they called me yesterday stating that Ram will deliver today.Now,around 1pm today,smartcom calls again telling me that Ram says it wont be able to deliver today because they dont normally use the road at the area where i stay .they said they will deliver tomorrow. ! Im so ****ed because they knew yesterday where the delivery should take place .it stated on the ram web that delivery takes place from 8am-5pm.To me is 8am-1pm.so wonder if the parcel will definitely be delivered tmr!!
