Worst service

Good day

On the 24th of December a delivery despatch message was recieved and unfortunately I was'nt at the address(11 otter street) so i called to have the address changed to 8418 platinum village. On the 27th of December I recieved a delivery message, what dissapointed me was that the previous address was still used. I called the call centre to make them aware of the change of address and they confirmed that the address had been changed and the parcel will be delivered to 8418 platinum village. What further dissapointed me is that after having had gone through these processes the courier saying he is at 11 otter street. When you call you are place on hold and eventually the call gets terminated.

The lack of inconsistencies has truly dissapointed me.
