Worst service

Highly disappointing service. I expected a delivery today 02/07/2024, I called in at around 2pm asking what's happening as I have not gotten any news from the courier. they notified it will be deliver today before 5pm, low and behold at 4:30pm I get an SMS stating that the parcel could not be delivered. reason being "there was no one at home". I did not received any calls, and I Iive in a complex there is no way anyone could have knocked on my door. I then proceeded to call in 3 times of which the last lady I spoke to Kgomotso who refused to give me her surname spoke over me and was really rude and unhelpful. I am highly disappointed in this level of service and I needed the parcel today.

I would like to get an apology from Kgomotso and the driver who **** about the reason for non delivery. and maybe you guys should just give my parcel to the store or I can fetch it at MARKAM
