Worst Service
Parcel was ordered on Friday for my son's birthday and I received an sms alerting me that order has been dispatched on the very day, I waited the whole day yesterday no one contacted me, this morning when I call in they telling me that my contact details were no loaded on the order, how did they manage to send me the initial SMS if that was the case, I am still waiting for my delivery and I would appreciate it if it is today still, thanks
