Worst possible service ever.

I have been waiting for a delivery from RAM Couriers since last week Thursday. It has been a struggle all the way, I was promised the delivery last week Thursday already, then I was promised Friday, nothing. Yesterday I called the call centre again and was once again promised today definitely 100%. Today at 16:30 I follow up and I was told that the courier had a break down, when I complained all of a sudden I receive a call from the courier 15 min afterwards asking for directions to my house. I asked him if he does have a GPS and he said no, what courier company does not have a GPS. I often make use of Postnet in my personal capacity and never ever had problems like this. I will not recommend RAM to anyone.
