Worst of the worst
Ram doesnt deserve a star at all, it's either they are worst as a whole or the drivers are the ones letting them down in terms of delivery. I've never had to struggle so much with this kind of service. Their tracking isn't as accurate or maybe it's the person who's in charge of it. It's been twice from Mondays (14/06/21)that I've received an sms that my parcel is on the way, till now as write this.. Im still waiting. This is very disappointing for a big company such as yours.
