Worst logistics company ever

I am extremely unhappy with Ram Couriers. I have been waiting for my order for almost 2 weeks now. Yesterday i took the liberty to go to their Isando warehouse to collect my order but they couldn't find it. I found over 10 people who had been waiting for over 4 hours to colelct their orders but they were not assisted yet. The manager came out after many attempts to get him to assist us, only for him to promise to find our parcels and deliver them before close of business yesterday, which never happened. They took our cellphone numbers and tracking numbers but nothing was done. They said that they have many parcels and cant track them accordingly. I am very disappointed in Ram Couriers and i hope Bash sees this comment and doesnt use their services again. 10 days later, my parcel is still not assigned to a driver nor delivered.
