Worst Hand to hand courier service experience
Its the 3rd week now and my parcel has not been delivered, while i am taken from Pillar to post. No communication from them. Only way I'm getting any form of answer is by me calling the call centre and been told different stories everytime i call,its either the wrong contact details thats why sms was not received or the parcel just got to the warehouse today, told me I will get it the next day or 5 to 7 working days for 5days in a row already. All this is happening while other couriers seem to find the address without problems and deliver on time and keep to their promise!

13 May 2021, 11:29Good day, The matter regarding my delivery has not been resolved. i went to the measures of even finding out which hub my parcel is situated. spoke to a guy called Themba who deals with standard bank parcels and my parcel its still not prioritized...my track number is: ST***1.. can you please make sure my parcel gets delivered today because it seems my address and cell numbers have not been updated for the past 3 weeks i have been calling RAM and even Themba said my information was incorrect..please Help.this is just poor service
