WORST f*$#*ING DELIVERY COMPANY EVER

F*$#*ing joke of a company if I could give zero stars I would. I don't think anyone really works there. Have been waiting for a package to be delivered since the 29th of Apr. What is the point of sending a sms saying your package is out for delivery if you aren't planning on delivering it. Tried contacting them and all the agents just keeps saying that the package is with the driver out for delivery and that we will receive it before 5 and still nothing.

We are so ****ed off because we ordered a router which we need to use to work from home during this time. Payment was made to Supersonic already yet we are paying for data that we can't use since we don't have the router yet. It has caused us to spend extra money on data just so we can complete our work.

Please DON'T EVER use Ram Hand to Hand Couriers as you will never get your package. All business using them to deliver your product should rather switch to Aramex or The Courier Guy as you get much better service delivery from them.
