Worst experience i had with Ram

I ordered my sneakers at steve madden, Ram Sent me a text that they will deliver my parcel today, I tracked my parcel at around half past 2 and it says it was delivered.. I never received it😫😫.. i cant get hold of Ram call centre because its weekend😭😭.. 😭 …Im soo ****ed.. my Hard earned money gone😫😫😫😫😫

I will follow up with the couriers who made the delivery and call you before COB today it might be a mistake that it was delivered which has happened before with a technical glitch.
