Worst experience ever With RAM hand to hand couriers!
I am so annoyed! I ignored all the red flags when I browsed the poor reviews people have about RAM couriers. I have been waiting for my Rain parcel since 7am in the morning. I have been tracking the parcel too but now it says "non delivery" which I don't understand because no one contacted me. What an inconvenience! I've also been trying to contact the courier services with no reply. One woman rep**** but was talking to a colleague in the background then hung up. I am greatly disappointed and no amount of apologies will calm the rage in heart right now!!!
