Worst experience ever from a courier company.

Total disappointment from corresponding person representing RAM Couriers. Ignoring to respond back after explaining to him the urgency of the delivery arranged on Friday already. Today it is Wednesday 18:15 and has not received the parcels after I was told it will be delivered today. I send Donovan Gomes two emails today, one at 12:52 and again at 14:50 asking him to please find out the progress of the delivery and he chose to ignore me. I just can’t emphasise the grade of disappointment I have as I first time cash paying customer towards RAM Hand To Hand Couriers.
