Worst Experience Ever..

I ordered a package from Supersonic and was smsed on Thursday 30/11/2023 to confirm my parcel was out on delivery. I did not hear anything further on Thursday and Friday. Yesterday I used the tracking number sent and it turns out my parcel was delivered to a random person I do not know, on Thursday 30/11/2023. I called in to query this and was told that the hub needs to confirm with the driver, who he delivered the package to. It has taken 2 days included today and nothing has changed? What happened to calling the recipient when the parcel is being delivered? What happened to Hand to Hand couriers, which is in your Name? This is the first experience with Ram and regrettably the worst experience I have ever had!
