Worst experience

I don’t think I have had such a bad experience with a courier company.

The first delivery attempt no one rang the doorbell or tried to call me and it just gave a status saying delivery not complete.

The second try the person phoned me and said the gps is not picking up the address and I need to direct them to me, but I know for sure it is the correct address and it is on google maps, so it exists.

I sent the location to their personal whatsapp number to make it easier, but apparently the signal is too weak to use it? Not sure about that.

If this is how a courier company works, I will rather choose pickup order from now on to avoid having to deal with such incompetence.
