WORST EVER.

I am appalled by the service I received from this company. Its been 5 days and my fiancés birthday present has not been delivered, only one attempt was made to deliver. Through out the whole week I have been speaking to different agents to have my parcel delivered to me, and I was taken from pillar to post. They treated me as if I have some sort of obligation towards them...Then finally yesterday I wrote a review on the company and suddenly they contact me promising me that they will will have if sorted out and they will call me.. Little did I know that it was all just a ruse. I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Tray who informed me that my parcel will not be sent back to Vodacom he will do everything in his power to assist...... This morning I got the shock of my life when I hear that my parcel has been returned to vodacom, the very same parcel which was supposed to be a gift to my fiancé.

I AM DISAPPOINTED BY HOW I AM BEING TREATED BY THIS COMPANY...WORDS CAN NOT EVEN BEGIN TO DISCRIBE HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM. I URGE YOU NOT TO USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY. UNFORTUNATLY VODACOM HAS LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO RAM...
