WORST DRIVER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

The delivery was being made. So I told the drivers that I need to fetch my ID copy inside the house-while I was still talking to her, she decided to answer her phone, ignored me and walked back to the car. So by the time I came back from fetching my ID-which was less than 10 to 15 seconds- the drivers had left WITH MY PARCEL. I call them, and they say they are on their way back- 10min later and they are still not back. So I call them again and they were so rude and said “uhmm no we are not coming back anymore- we were there and now we are GONE NOW” and they hung up on me. I call them again, and they hung up AGAIN. I called customer services and they connected me to them and they HUNG UP ON ME ONCE AGAIN and AGAIN!There is so much more that happened but with the way that I am feeling right now I don’t think I can explain further.IN A NUTSHELL WORST DRIVERS-SERVICE EVER!!!I have never come across a deliver service with such poor services. Clearly your drivers do not know the TCF (Treating customers fairly) policy!
