worst deliveryservice ever, i wonder if thats the way customer service oriented businesses operate.

<p>i had an emergency parcel to receive the RAM driver didnt call me.he called at the gate once when i tried to answer the call dropped i called the gate back and the guy was gone already , i mean these guys dont understand that some of these things are urgent,i am so upset and disappointed .the branch aint even answering their phones.</p>
