Worst Delivery Service in the country
The blatant lying to a person is unacceptable. The person making the delivery phones and inform you of delivery as well as can you please send an access code. Few hours later package hasn't been delivered and no word further from the delivery person. Phone them they say they on their way and a few hours later nothing. Phone them again they so called went to another address to deliver the item which is far away from my house as that is what was given to them however checking the parcel delivery address it was my correct address. Ram has to be the worst possible delivery service in the country. This is the second experience I had with them and wish companies could use other couriers. Surely all the reviews should be a wake up call but clearly not as that shows they do not care about their customers one bit.

We do get hijacked a lot and indeed for security reason's we will always make sure that we keep parcels of client's and safety of the couriers in mind, with that said I am not denying anything nor protecting the company that we failed to deliver on the first attempt as unforeseen circumstances do happen. We are always looking to improve our services and they have improved yes most of the reviews goes against the company however process and policy has to be followed to ensure that we always deliver parcels safely, we do take responsibility in the delay of your parcel and humbly apologize for that.
