Worst Delivery Service in South Africa

Terrible. They say four days on average to deliver, today is the fifth day. Been out for delivery since 8am. I phoned the driver at 5:15pm. He says he doesn't know if he'll make a delivery.

So I have to spend another day waiting for a parcel they can't confirm will be delivered.

Save your money and time, use a different courier!

The driver could not complete his deliveries yesterday due to the amount of parcels he was dispatched with

Great! I'm not there.

I would log a change of delivery address but your WhatsApp line is dysfunctional. No one answers your telephone. And your website is full of dead links.

I'm publically giving bad reviews to companies that use your service, so that they hold you accountable.

Don't offer a delivery service if you can't deliver.
