Worst delivery service in SA
Slow and no update delivery. I ordered shoes and the last update I got was that the order was ready for collection by Ram, it's day Five days now, I called the store trying to see if I could collect it myself and I was advised that the order was collected by Ram but no update was received. I can't get hold of Ram their numbers ring and drop and their WhatsApp messenger responds by saying that all customer care staff are business.
The worst part is the original email received to confirm my order was with them, said they deliver by 6 December, and that outright lie.
