Worst delivery service!! I do not recommend

Horrible service, bought products from Foschini through Bash and I haven’t received it till now. I checked online and it says “out for delivery “, no call, no email nothing, yet on the bash website/ ram link they say they sent an email. I wait all day for the package or a call or something and receive nothing, yet on the website they say the attempted to deliver??? 2 days in a row now guys!!?? I’ve called 3 times in one day trying for my package. According to their system delivery was attempted on the second day at 16:56, yet I never received a call!!??? I’m lost here!??? Like, why the lies? 2 days in a row?? A person is forced to stay in one place waiting for a package and then receive nothing yet according to them they attempted to contact!!?? Like where? When? Who? Because it wasn’t me. TFG group is about to lose a whole lot of customers it seems. SAD.
