Worst delivery service ever

Today one of your delivery agents delivered my package airway bill no. DERM02-***2. They wanted me to sign for the package without checking inside the box if it's the delivery I was expecting. They then said that they will return back with the package, I told them to because you can't expect a person to sign for a package that they did not check. What kind of policy is that? On top of that they were rude. I'll never ever recommend your company to anyone.
