Worst Delivery service Ever!
My parcel still hasn't been delivered after 3 attempts, I gave in my correct delivery address but everytime my parcel goes out for delivery - it's cancelled due to no availability while I am literally at work 9-5pm! Very disappointed and frustrated cause I really need my parcel! And when I call to request for parcel all I get is an excuse for being in season, if all the other courier company can get the job done/deliver during season and plan ahead then why can't you?!

You can talk about high volume of parcels but 13 days for non delivery is absurd!!!!!
From the 29th of November till today?!!! And y'all Wana make an excuse about high volume of parcels on 13 days????! That's just straight not caring about your services and not taking customers seriously! Clearly we are a joke to y'all.
