Worst delivery service ever!!!

<p>Ordered goods over Internet. Ram was the chosen couriers. They tried delivering on 26 July 2016, I was not home. Called them next day to change the delivery address to my business address. They tried delivery again the 28th to my home address!!!!!! Called them again on Friday to enquire and was told Monday would be the last attempt at delivery. I explained that i would not be at work Monday 01 august and they should deliver Tuesday 02 August. Low and behold they attempted delivery again Monday! They are a bunch of ***** because everytime i called i was told that they will help me and eben make a note on the system, but nothing was done. I say to people out there "dont trust RAM couriers with your parcels"</p>
