Worst Delivery service ever

Pity there is no 0 star rating. Received an SMS as well as indication on tracking site my parcel is out for delivery. All good and well, so i stayed home the whole day waiting as you dont know when they will arrive. At14h40 i receive a call from RAM telling me to get my documents ready they are 2 mins away. I wait. 10 minutes later they call again, to inform me sorry they mixed up areas and will make a plan to get my delivery to me "today" still. An hour later tracking status gets updated Non delivery "UNAVAILABLE HOME - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE." which is utter bullsh*t and a total lie as i was waiting like an idiot at home, and they phoned me an hour earlier and had my number. Tried to phone them back, no answer. Sent an email, got no response from customer care. Next day, (Friday) went onto their chat option, and after about 20 mins made contact with a customer care agent who apologised and said they have arranged with the warehouse to ensure delivery TOADY WITHOUT FAIL. So there....i sat for the second day waitning the whole day, cant move out of my house incase they arrive, and no one came. Again went online only to be told no it wont be delivered i now have to wait the whole long weekend and delivery will go out again on Tuesday. ***??!!! Why then promise me it will be today? Why LIE on the tracking status? SO tuesday i AGAIN must sit and wait, cant leave my home in the hope you will arrive? Literally keeping me hostage in my own home because of your incompetence and **** service?? This is the second time you **** up one of my deliveries....Its now VERY clear to me why you have only a 1 star rating out of almost 2300 reviews online as one of the ****pest courier companies around. Its very clear WHY. Fricken pathetic.
