worst delivery service dont use Ram

Very unprofessional service, No one can give you an answer to when your package will be delivered. You have to call them several times as the have untrained staff. they do not follow notes on the system. I have called them several times in the past 3 days. i am now convinced the staff and management at Ram dont care, they just their to get paid.
