Worst delivery service

I bought a Rain data sim online and they said it will be delivered in 3-5 days. On day 6 Rain said it will be delivered. Here is where it gets worse, I track the waybill number with Ram and it is out for delivery so I call to get an estimated time of arrival. Customer Care explained that they cannot provide an exact time for security reasons so I explain that I cant wait all day so provide me with an approximate time and they refuse so I end up waiting all day. 4:30pm I call again to find out if the delivery is still coming and then I am told that the driver cancelled cause the delivery is in Soweto and its almost 5 and he needs an escort in that area and he did not have one so he will have to reschedule. At no point was I called and if I had not followed up I would not have known this. So the customer care agent explains that it will have to be delivered the next day. The next day the delivery is not sent out because the driver logged that he could not reach me and so my delivery is still waiting at the warehouse. I called and asked for this matter to be escalated but days later I am still waiting for the manager who was on another call to contact me.
