Worst Delivery Service

I spent two full days waiting for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I received an sms yesterday morning (22 Nov) that my LTE Router and SIM from Webafrica would be delivered between 9am and 5pm. I waited until 7pm yesterday - no delivery.

I received an sms this morning saying delivery failed yesterday (no explanation, and through no fault of mine) and that it would be delivered today (23 Nov) between 9am and 5pm. I called the number in the sms (your call center) to find out why it was not delivered yesterday. After receiving no answer to my question, they told me it would be delivered after 2pm today, but to be around a bit before that, just in case! Ha.

It was finally delivered at just around 5:40pm today. After multiple calls to your call center, being told it was out for delivery (same as yesterday!) and being told someone would call me back (they didn't) and being told they cannot give me an actual delivery time for "security reasons" but that it would arrive today, it finally arrived!

I had to take two full days off work to wait for a parcel. Do you think people have nothing better to do than sit around waiting for parcels to be delivered "sometime between 9am and 5pm" and then not even have them pitch up in their own specified time-frame, multiple days in a row? I will never use Ram again if I can help it and I hope no one else does either. Excellent companies like Dawn Wing deserve the business you guys are throwing away with your terrible customer service. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. No on-time (even vaguely) delivery, no feedback, no promised call-back, nothing.
