Worst delivery service.

The driver who was supposed to deliver my parcel was extremely rude to me to a point that he said over the phone “who’s problem is it?” when I was only doing a follow up with him regarding my parcel. The fact that he **** and said he came to my house when he didn’t, he did not even give me a call to say he is outside or any sort of communication, I knew he was lying when he said this because I know for a fact I would have seen him on my monitor because I have cameras outside my house. I immediately phoned RAM and explained to them how rude the driver was, the operator phoned him and the driver told them he will deliver before 16H00. At 16H15 still haven’t received my parcel and I phoned RAM again, Xolani and other operators tried to call the driver regarding my parcel and he wasn’t answering his phone. It came to a point where the driver even switched off his phone. It’s 16H58 and still haven't received my parcel. I will never recommend this courier company to anyone!
