Worst delivery experience ever
They don't deserve a star. My parcel arrived in their warehouse on the second of December already. Since then I haven't heard anything from them, apparanty maybe in 5 days time. Look like Click SA only make use of RAM, so I'll take my online business elsewhere in future. Now they blame black Friday, they should have foreseen much more deliveries and should have planned accordingly

20 Dec 2024, 10:25Yet another week has gone by yet another lie. RAM promised my parcel will be delivered before the end of the week...... I stil have no answer and no parcel. I'm so disappointed as this is thec3rd week and I need the stuff I ordered urgently. Please RAM stop making promises you can't keep. I'm furious and nothing I do, not even complaining on Hello Peter makes any difference to them 😡😡😡
