Worst delivery experience

Ram couriers have been assigned to deliver a laptop from an upgrade we did at Vodacom. It has been 2 weeks now and the laptop was not yet delivered. On the tracking information, it keeps saying it will come today, but then it doesn't arrive. Then the tracking information says today again and it doesn't arrive...

The delivery driver was here once just to say that he can not hand over the laptop because I am not the assigned receiver, this was after Vodacom said that there has been special arrangements for me to receive the package. The driver and supervisor at RAM were so rude to me and my father over the phone multiple times.

We have now set up special arrangements with RAM and Vodacom probably about 4 or 5 times by now... If this package does not arrive here this week, we will rather cancel the contract at Vodacom and part ways.

If this happened once, we would have understood that this is a simple mistake, but for 2 weeks daily? There is something wrong with the process. This is unacceptable and I do truly hope that for RAM and Vodacom's purposes that this process is looked at so that this does not happen to anyone else.
