Worst delivery ever.

Worst courier service ever. I received a message from them on Friday 28/11/2025 that my package was at their delivery hub and that they would deliver my order on 02/12/2025. Come 02/12/2025 my package wasn't delivered after I canceled the things I had to do to make sure Im home to receive package. Called them qas told the next day I would receive it. Next day came now Im being told I'll receive it on 04/12/2025. Their agents are very rude and unhelpful. I have to leave tonight 03/12/2025 without my package. Their WhatsApp number is also useless.
