Worst delivery company in SA

This is the worst company full of promises. I was waiting for an urgent delivery. I called them 15 Times. The second time they confirmed the parcel would be delivered at 3PM. This did not happen I battled to get hold of them, They confirmed the tracing numbers. I said I wanted the driver's number. they refused. at 17h25 I received a call from the driver. He said he will deliver after he delivered in Badplaas. he called again when he passed the filling station. I explained to him how to find me. I then got into my vehicle to go and fetch him as he did not know the area. Instead of delivering he passed the turnoff. when I got hold of him, he said he will deliver tomorrow after I told him that I'm not available tomorrow. He said that his "manager" told him so. I told him to turn around to deliver. I waited at the turnoff for more that a half an hour. I then decided to go home. This ******* did ignore my request. I will give comments on social media tomorrow as well.
