Worst delivery company

Worst service received from Ram hand to hand in Kimberley. They just tell you the parcel is out for delivery. No calls or anything to make sure you are available when they deliver the package. When they dont reach you they dont care to contact you. And I was even told to phone the driver to make sure when he is coming. Imagine this situation. I am so dissipointed.
