Worst customer service- Vodacom is working with a wrong courier company

I got a message early this morning informing me that my parcel will be delivered by 17:00. I waited the whole day for delivery, then at 17:00 a RAM call center agent called me to confirm my address and that a driver is on the way. Since the driver didn’t come I called back the RAM call center and spoke (@ 17:44 on 10/02/23)to this rude lady who hang up on me for requesting feedback on my parcel.
