WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

I ordered a package from a website on the 5th of December and was waiting for it to be delivered to me since the 6th because the company I ordered from takes 2 working days. RAM did not deliver my package and i have been waiting for 5 days so on the 10th i decided to go to their warehouse... when i got there the security guard was very helpful and got customer care to call me. customer care told me that my package is out on delivery and she said that the driver will call me. the driver did not call me. Every time i track my order online it just says that i am unavailable on delivery and that they cant call me when i am at the delivery address the whole day - i have been house bound for almost an entire week just waiting for a delivery that never arrives in fact i have even ordered the same product online twice due to the perpetual waiting.. their driver is fabricating the report and i know they have my number because they've called me multiple times. And the thin that troubles me the most is that THEIR WAREHOUSE IS LITERALLY UP THE ROAD FROM MY HOUSE, THESE PEOPLE COULD LITERALLY THROW MY PACKAGE AT ME. WHY IS IT SO HARD AND WHY IS IT TAKEN ME TO ORDER TWICE FOR 1 PACKAGE?????????????????????????? Worst customer service ever!!!! absolutely useless!!!!
