Worst customer service ever!

I was expecting my parcel today the 26th of April as per sms I received on Friday the 23rd of April confirming delivery date, I had to cancel my plans for the long weekend as I didn't want to course any inconvenience for RAM when delivering the parcel. To my surprise when I tracked my parcel at 2pm it was still in their head office not in transit, when I called the call center I couldn't help help instead the Manager by the name of Rethabile didn't get back to me as promised, had to call back using my cellphone their call center agent which I couldn't get her name dropped the call on me! I've never experienced such a terrible customer care in ages, RAM is just WORST courier company ever, wouldn't recommend it to anyone, staff, service everything is just a nightmare!
