Worst Customer Service Agent

The worst service agent ever. Now we are in a situation with Takealot because of Ram failing to delivery in time. Today (09:30 16 February 2026) we were trying to communicate these issues with one of the Ram customer service agents, but customer agent named Mikateko was very rude to us, he is very impatient toward the customers. As we were trying to communicate these issues we are facing with Ram courier, he deliberately dropped the call on us while speaking. This is the worst courier service ever; the agents do not care about the customers and their business.
