Worst customer service
No phone number on the website that works. No updates for 3 days on my delivery. No answer on the live chat. No answer on 2 emails. This is the worst delivery company ever with no way to communicate to them. I will be sure to never order anything from any company that makes use of them.

Malvin promised me that the parcel will be delivered before 4pm today.. still no sms received that the parcel has been dispatched even tho its indicated on the website. i phoned the customer care number from which Malvin called me twice to try and find out how far the driver is as i need to leave at 4pm and both times i was promised someone will phone me back just now.. no response. i was really looking forward to better communication services after i talked to Malvin who really tried to assist me.
