Worst couriers/business to ever exist
By far the worst couriers/business to ever exist! This is not an exaggeration, it's true. Words cannot describe my displeasure I have had with these unprofessional fools.
My parcel was unfortunately allocated to them by Vodacom and upon delivery they refused to give me my parcel due to my "ID number" being incorrect which was in fact the CIPC. I had at no point given my ID number and neither was it requested from either party. All other detail were correct including name, cell number and address. Ram mentioned that my ID number was not needed and this was the same according to other people with a same order.
I had called RAM on 5 different occasions spending at least 2 hours waiting to be put through to an agent. I was cut off 3 times, and the 2 times that I got hold the staff could not track my order through my name, cell number or address however luckily I took a picture of the parcel number which they said does not exist until they app**** it into their system and all detail I previously mentioned came up.
They were completely rude, disrespectful, careless and completely ***********. They refused to do anything and would not put me through to the manager in both calls.
My parcel which has exceeded the delivery date remains with them and they refuse to do anything about it! I hope this review helps people/companies to rethink before using their shocking service.
We are sorry that you feel this way about the service received from us.
Please provide to us the tracking number for your parcel so that we can look into the matter for a possible resolution.
Kind regards.

Once Vodacom reverts to us with an instruction, it will be implemented.

As mentioned to Ram multiple times, that "ID number" is Vodacom's CIPC number. This number had appeared on hundreds of people's packages with the same contents and have been delivered however mine seems to be a problem. Clearly they do not understand. I have to pay for Ram's mistake and incompetence.
