WORST COURIERS - STAY AWAY !

I paid R500 for express delivery with RAM Couriers, expecting my laptop to arrive by 10:30 AM. It’s now past 12:00, and the package is still not here. The helpdesk can’t tell me where it is or when it will arrive. Completely unacceptable to charge for an express service you can’t deliver. Very disappointed.
