WORST COURIERS EVER!!!!!

I ahve only given this rating a 1 becasue there is no ZERO rating. I have been waiting for a package for my Rain data since last Wednesday, which was to be used for my kids online classes. Firstly Thursday, they send someone who could only speak 2 words on English "Delivery" and "there". I asked him who he is delivering to, he tells me his name. On thursday evening i got a call from them, and i told them i had changed my delivery address to my work address on Tuesday already, which was not done. On friday i received an sms at 4pm, to say the delivery is out. I finish work at 4.30pm, Not a call or sms nothing. Monday i emailed them because the Call centre number is always busy with no answers and i get a reply 3 hrs later. I asked to have the package delivered to my home as I was off sick. Not a call or sms nothing to say the package was even being delivered to my work address. I then get a call on Monday evening, by this time i was already ****ed off, told them to expedite the request and send it home. I was told the system is very bad and it takes 48hrs for an address change to be done. Are they working on Windows 1??? Yesterday still nothing, not even a damn call.... How does an email take 2 days to get a person sitting in Dispatch??? I cannot for the life of me understand how these people work. They are pathetic, service is terrible and a waste of time. My kids have lost 1 whole week of schooling because i dont have data that I have already paid for!!!!! I am so ****ed right now!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COURIER COMPANY EVER!!! I have never had such a painful experience as this one with a courier company!
